She has served as a classroom teacher, assistant principal, and principal within Chicago Public Schools. Therefore, as a professional woman, she understands from experience the demands and challenges of juggling many responsibilities. Cassandra also knows the joy and excitement of having wonderful friendships and relationships with sister friends.
Cassandra wants to share and receive knowledge of life’s experiences, travels, successes, and wisdom. Most important is to give women the praise and support. So, another goal is to spread the joy of sisterhood and provide a great place for adventures of the mind, body, and soul.

Along with teaching, Cassandra Washington has experience in these industries: advertising, publishing, and travel. She is the author and publisher of the book, Teach and Take Time for You: Strategies and Tips to Reduce Stress and Burnout. Cassandra also the author and publisher of an educational comic book, The Grammar Patrol. To find balance in her life, some of her hobbies include writing, ballet, traveling, motorcycle riding and photography. The title of this website is taken from the comic book titled, Sustah-Girl, Queen of the Black Age. The book was created and co-authored by Cassandra Washington in the 1990’s featuring an African-American female superhero. Sustah-Girl was a strong, intelligent and beautiful character. Therefore, she represents all of the women in the world who have the same attributes. Women make many contributions all across the globe and must be recognized for their efforts.
